Weight

Weight reduction from yesterday: 0.5 kg - 500 gr.
I weigh in when i get up in the morning, after morning pee. Go on and of the scale 5 times to get an accurate number, and does that with both our scales. Then i weigh throughout the day.. But its the morning number i use when i make notes.
